How do I change my telephone number?

The fastest way to change the telephone number in your account is to give us a call with your new telephone number. We are reachable by phone from monday until friday from/till 09:30-13:00 and 14:00-18:00 at our number: +31 (0)20 226 5289.

You can also change your telephone number by email. Because this concerns a sensitive change in your account we would like to ask you to verify yourself via an ID-selfie. Please take a selfie (photo) with your ID-card or passport next to your face and a paper with today’s date and ‘Bitonic’ written on it. Please remember to mention your new telephone number if you hadn’t previously in the correspondence.
